It sounds like a line from a ’60s Chicano Movement manifesto, but this statement appears on a new Web site, bleed ingbrown.net, created by Kansas City artist Luis Garcia.
Garcia, a third-generation Mexican-American who grew up in Waldo, said he started the site “to raise awareness and bring people together.””
