Alma Hernandez will head the division, where she will market to the increasing number of Hispanics in North Carolina and inform them about requirements and options when purchasing a home.

“The United States government has set an objective for 2010 to help a greater percentage of minorities accomplish ownership in this country,” said Alexander. “It is Alma’s intention to organize first time home owner seminars for Hispanics, as well as continuing to develop the new division.” “
