The youthful Hispanic Business Owners of Grand Island — “Union de Pequenos Negocios (UPN) de Grand Island” — met at Rafa’s Tacos on Monday evening.

It was democracy at work at the grassroots level — Benjamin Franklin and Thomas Jefferson did the same centuries ago.”
