“Columbus’ Community Relations Commission has hired Somali and Hispanic representatives to coordinate immigrant-outreach services, the city said Monday.

Guadalupe Velasquez will serve as the city’s New Americans Coordinator to help Hispanics access services, and Abdirizak Y. Farah will serve as New Americans Outreach Coordinator, helping fellow Somalis settle in.”
