Arizona fares poorly in Hispanic education standards

“According to a study, Arizona does so-so in its standards for teaching Latin American and Mexican history.
The national study was released today by the Washington-based Thomas B. Fordham Institute.

On a scale of zero to ten, Arizona scored a six.

The national average was four-point-two.”
