“A local Hispanic group is organizing an immigration rally tomorrow at Monroe Park in Richmond.

The rally, the second since April, is to show support for comprehensive immigration reform currently being debated in Congress, said Alberto Ojeda, president of Latinos Unidos de Richmond. He said the group wants to keep enthusiasm alive for immigration reform.”
