“Legendary Major League Baseball Hall of Famer, Tony Pérez, has teamed up with Men’s Health Network and Merck/Schering-Plough Pharmaceuticals to participate in Strike Out High Cholesterol: A Program to Help Lower LDL Levels, a national cholesterol education program. Pérez and the Strike Out High Cholesterol program will tour Minor League Baseball parks during this summer’s baseball season to raise awareness about high cholesterol and its two sources, food and family, among Latinos.
