“From the arts to hard-hitting issues, local public television station WGBY begins presenting programs this month about Latino experiences across the country.

The decision to include programming on the Latino population arose from an initiative led by the station’s general manager, Russell J. Peotter, this year.

Peotter has been meeting with Latinos in the region for some time, gathering their diverse views on what they want to see on public television station.”
