“Two Racine residents were named state officers for the League of United Latin American Citizens, or LULAC, at the organization’s state convention on May 27.

Rosa Salinas-Hultman of Racine was elected deputy state director of women’s activities, and Jose R. Palacios of Racine was appointed deputy state director of youth.

Also, Yolanda Santos Adams of Kenosha was re-elected state director.”
