“When Vicente Fox’s administration announced that they had hired the public relations firm Allyn & Co. to boost Mexico’s image after the House passed their version of immigration reform, people were surprised but understood the reasoning — Mexico needed all the help they could get to not be seen as a threat but a neighbor.

Well, it seems there are some Hoosiers that think Indiana Latinos need all the help they can get.

Indiana’s Bose Treacy Associates LLC, the largest public affairs consulting firm in Indiana decided that their state’s Latinos needed some basic help in how to present their issues to state government, and basically, how to conduct themselves in public.”
