It’s being debated on every level and in most labor intensive industries, including dairyland. And the answers are none or many depending on who is doing the talking.

Most dairy farms in the United States with 150 or more cows hire outside help for milking, and many of those workers are Hispanic. In Wisconsin, that means up to 2,000 dairy operations are hiring full-time milkers.”
