“A Latino advocacy group is calling for the resignation of a union leader a day after a labor dispute caused Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton to pull out of an appearance at a large fundraiser in Hartford.

On Saturday night CAUSA, the Connecticut Association for Spanish Action, held their big fundraiser at the Hartford Civic Center. But a union protest kept their key speakers Senators Hillary Clinton and Chris Dodd from attending because they did not want to cross picket lines. Now the Latino community is calling for union leader Charles LeConche’s resignation.”
