“In another sign of the increasing competition in Spanish-language media, Que Pasa plans to launch a six-week awareness campaign Tuesday using outdoor and television advertising.
The free-distribution weekly is spending about $30,000 for an uptown billboard and ads on Capitol Broadcasting’s Charlotte stations WJZY (Channel 46) WMYT (Channel 55). The ads will also run through Time Warner Cable on CNBC, ESPN, MSNBC and Fox News Channel.”
