“Chicago’s San Juanico youth boys soccer team and the San Diego Strikers girls team won the prestigious 2006 Copa Coca-Cola National championship title today and a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to participate in 2006 FIFA World Cup(TM) activities in Germany.

San Juanico and the San Diego Strikers were two of 20 teams from 10 U.S. cities – Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Ca., San Diego, San Jose, Phoenix, Dallas, Chicago, Houston, Miami and New York – competing this weekend for the 2006 Copa Coca-Cola title at the Los Angeles Home Depot Center, after winning local tournaments. Both teams were awarded trophies and medals and informed about the roles they will play at the 2006 FIFA World Cup(TM). “
