“A pair of Hispanic-focused media firms — Lopez Negrete Communications Inc. and de La Garza Public Relations Inc. — have long enjoyed a lock of sorts on the local Hispanic media market. But a Florida-based competitor poised to enter Houston may just spice things up a bit.

Tampa, Fla.-based Mañana Marketing will open an office in the Galleria area in September with plans to bill at least $1 million during its first year in Houston.”
