“Everybody loves “George Lopez,” the ABC sitcom that will return this fall for its sixth season. It’s the most successful Latino show in American TV history.
The only little quibble you ever hear is that the show sometimes soft-pedals its ethnicity. Maybe it’s a little too mainstream. Maybe it’s not Mexican enough.
