“Education and participation are the keys Hispanics need to achieve the American dream, panelists at a conference on Hispanic issues said Saturday.
More than 30 people attended the fifth annual state conference of the League of United Latin American Citizens, or LULAC, in the Arkansas Union at the University of Arkansas. There are more than 130 LULAC members statewide, organizers said.”
