“Fox Sports en Español on May 16 announced at its annual upfront presentation that it has inked a carriage deal with DIRECTV, upping the network’s total reach to more than 10.3 million households.

Once DIRECTV launches Fox Sports en Español in June, the network will reach some 4.5 million Hispanic subscribers, or about 56 percent of the country’s total Hispanic cable universe.
