“While President Bush spoke about installing a high-tech fence along the U.S./Mexico border in last night’s speech on his views on how to minimize the flow of illegal immigrants, Mexico, Central and Latin America and Spain are getting ready to observe a high-tech celebration of their own tomorrow.
Mañana is the international observance of World Internet Day.
For the first time, Mexico plans on observing this technology — and that is an encouraging sign.
