“Telemundo and its affiliated station groups are in final negotiations to consolidate all of the network’s media buying and planning duties with New York-based Horizon Media Inc., according to sources close to the negotiations.

The Telemundo account for media buying and planning is estimated in value at $22 million, sources say.”
