Thousands of consumers participated in the contest and selected up-and-coming entertainer Michael Angelo as El Gran Caminante (The Great Walker).

Building on the its well-known Keep Walking advertising campaign, the makers of Johnnie Walker and PEOPLE EN ESPANOL created El Gran Caminante (The Great Walker), to find the next generation of “striding men” who have achieved personal progress and success.
