“U.S. Rep. Rodney P. Frelinghuysen and members of Morris County’s Hispanic community offered strong reactions following President Bush’s speech on immigration on Monday night.

Frelinghuysen, R-Harding, in a statement released after President Bush’s speech, said, “For immigration reform to be successful, one point is clear: Real border security must be priority one.”"
