“Spicy plantain chips from Ecuador. Organic pineapple juice from Costa Rica. Mild goat cheese from Spain’s Canary Islands.

It’s a feast for the taste buds at the Miami Beach Convention Center this week at Fispal’s trade show, “Taste Latino,” that targets sales to the fast-growing U.S. Hispanic market. More than 300 exhibitors turned out from the Americas and beyond, mainly seeking distributors of products ranging from artichoke hearts to coconut candy and wine.”
