Editorial Televisa Buys Remaining Stake in Hispanic Publishing
Tagged: televisa“Editorial Televisa, which in November 2004 purchased a 51 percent share of Hispanic Publishing Group (HPG) and renamed it Hispanic Publishing Associates, has bought the remaining 49 percent of the Miami-based publishing firm.
The announcement this week that Sam Verdeja, former president, CEO and owner of HPG, would act as a senior advisor to Editorial Televisa was a result of the change in ownership, the company confirmed.”
