“Amigos Unidos, friends united, is Arlington High’s first Latino Club.

“The club has been formed in order to advance the needs of Latino students at AHS, but also to further the understanding of Latino cultural issues in the school community,” explained David Lang, the club’s coordinator and substitute teacher at AHS.

Amigos Unidos is made up of group of friends who share a similar background of language, culture and history. Non-Latinos are welcome to join. The club has 15 to 20 members already.”
