Highland Hospital, Hispanic workers settle lawsuit in New York

“U.S. District Court Judge Charles Siragusa has thrown out a policy at Highland Hospital that prevented Hispanic employees from speaking Spanish while on the job. The ruling is part of a lawsuit filed by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
