“With millions of Latinos set to miss the May 15 cut-off date to sign up for Medicare’s complicated new prescription drug program, Rep. Hilda Solis, D-Calif., will join the Campaign for America’s Future at a news conference on Tuesday to discuss how the president’s new prescription drug program will effect the Latino community.

Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services administrator Mark McClellan last week refused a request from Rep. Solis and several other lawmakers asking for the release of Medicare Part D enrollment data by ethnicity. “
