“Garcia, whose A&M training propelled him into dual careers as a regionally acclaimed novelist-poet and a successful Houston-area veterinarian, is among dozens of students, professors, administrators and service workers featured in ¡Siempre! Hispanics at Texas A&M Celebrating 130 Years on display at the Cushing Memorial through September 2007.
