Colombian President ílvaro Uribe may have offered up his people as human guinea pigs to the U.S. government as a way to deal with the immigration “problem”. Telemundo is reporting that the Colombian newspaper El Tiempo claims that in a meeting earlier this year with Republican senators Arlen Specter and Jeff Sessions, Uribe suggested that Colombian migrant workers be implanted with a microchip in order to track them and insure their timely return to their country.”
