“Although I didn’t buy anything on May 1st, and generally supported the pro-immigration marches around the country, I have always been somewhat fearful that maybe the marches were counter productive to the immigration cause. I realize that this is counter intuitive to many, after all, how could such a large force, such a large united demonstration of political voting power, actually weaken the cause of immigration, not help it?

Here are some of the reasons why I worry.”
