“A current program of the Marshalltown Area Chamber of Commerce to assess and reach out to local Hispanic-owned businesses was the focus of a presentation Monday during the Marshalltown City Council meeting.
Max Cardenas of Diverse Innovative Solutions from Des Moines has been working on behalf of the Chamber since February surveying the current Hispanic business climate.”
