“Several black religious leaders clasped hands with Latino immigration reform advocates Saturday at Bethel AME Church, in a show of solidarity for Monday’s boycott.

At news conference Saturday that included Nation of Islam Minister Tony Muhammad and Jesse Diaz, a member of the March 25th Coalition, speakers compared the boycott to the black civil rights movement.”
