“A Raleigh lawyer’s decision to hang the Mexican flag outside his East Martin Street office has created some controversy in downtown.

Terence McEnally, an American, said displaying the flag is partly to advertise to his primarily Hispanic clientele and partly to demonstrate pride in the country”
