“Hundreds of Latino teens had a sampling of job prospects with law enforcement agencies at the second annual Hispanic Education Rally this morning at East Chicago Central High School.

The program included a host of speakers, including Lake County Sheriff Rogelio “Roy” Dominguez; Lake County Prosecutor Bernard Carter; East Chicago Mayor George Pabey; Juana Watson, the senior advisor of Latino Affairs for Gov. Mitch Daniels; Robert Trgovich, senior counsel for the U.S. Attorney’s Office; Reginald Brooks of the Department of Homeland Security; East Chicago Schools Superintendent John Flores; and Frank Rivera, executive director of WorkOne Northwest Indiana.”
