The Weather Channel Launches Spanish Radio Network

“The Weather Channel today rolled out its first Spanish-language programming on radio stations in four markets. The Weather Channel Español Radio Network will provide localized weather information, in Spanish, in Miami, Atlanta Orlando and Portland, Oregon.

In Miami, the programming will run on news talk radio channel, WSUA-AM, and in Orlando’s top-rated Spanish-language station, on WRUM-FM. In Portland it will air on KWBY-AM, and in Atlanta, where the company is based it will be featured on three sister stations WASO-AM, WXEM and WLBA.”
