“With a twirl of vibrantly-colored traditional Mexican dresses, four young women took to the stage Saturday as contestants in the Southeast Texas Hispanic Cultural and Educational Center Inc. pageant.
The pageant was part of the third annual Mercado Days Festival in downtown Port Arthur, a two-day event of music, food and entertainment to celebrate the Hispanic and Latino culture in Southeast Texas.”
