“More than 40 youth baseball players from Mexico are in town to compete this weekend in an international baseball exchange.

The players, ages 11 through 16, are from Hermosillo, Sonora, and will compete against youth teams from Phoenix. There are two games today in Guadalupe.

The exchange is sponsored by the Arizona-Mexico Commission, a joint program between the governors of Arizona and Sonora. “
