Empowering Latina Entrepreneurs

“In today’s cutthroat economy where more than half of attempted business ventures fail, potential business owners need as much help as possible. LATINA Style Magazine has acknowledged this fact and has set a goal to help educate potential Latina entrepreneurs through a series of conferences called the LATINA Style Business Series. The future Latina entrepreneurs need to master certain skills that will help them prosper in the business environment. LATINA Style sees a need for a mentor and as a result, provides a story of success with keynote speaker Rodri J. Rodriguez who will be addressing the audience at the San Diego Conference on April 21, 2006 at the Bahia Resort Hotel.

Rodri J. Rodriguez is President & CEO of Rodri Entertainment Group, an international entertainment production company founded in 1976. Through her company, Rodriguez spreads the essence of Latin Culture through events such as the Mariachi USA Festival and the Standing Ovation Series. The Mariachi USA Festival performs at many venues throughout the country frequently in front of sold out shows. The Festival gained the public eye this year when it was televised nationally on PBS. The Standing Ovation Series is a compilation of concerts featuring well-known artists within the Latin community. “
