Knowledge is Power!

“Massive protests all across the nation. If you know anything about the main Latino organizations in many large cities, you would know how those accusations in media about these demontrations being “carefully orchestrated and planned” are bogus. Groups like La Raza and MALDEF are very good at lobbying on single issues, in fundraising, for educational campaigns towards communities, but do not have the mobilization ability, they are attributed with.

The momentum for this came totally from below, the national organizations, Spanish media, churches, and sympathetic groups channelled this energy. This was spontaneous order, and how orderly it was!!! Some of the most organized yet calm mass protests seen anywhere.”
