“Marianne/Marianne Plus celebrates the grand opening of its new store in Highland Mall on Saturday, April 22nd 2006. Marianne is the number one retailer for Latinas in the Caribbean and is expanding stateside. This grand opening celebration marks the chain’s fifth store opening in the Texas area.
Marianne is also proud to announce their new plus model Diane Hernandez, contestant from Season 5 of America’s Next Top Model, as the plus face for the Marianne Spring/Summer 2006 campaign. “Choosing Diane as the new plus size face for Marianne was a decision based on the fact that she represents the profile of our customers which is stylish, sexy and beautiful. She is an inspiration to the Latin woman because of the boundaries she has crossed in the world of modeling,” added Carlos Quinones, Creative Marketing Director.”
