“Little Rock crosswalks were filled Monday afternoon with Hispanic immigrants dispersing from a rally on the steps of the Arkansas State Capitol.
Families with strollers and large groups of men filed along the sidewalks after the event subsided.
More than 2,000 people rallied Monday without arrest or incident, at the Capitol in downtown Little Rock. “
