“Local activist Roy Warden was arrested yesterday and accused of reckless burning for setting a Mexican flag on fire during an immigration rally Monday.
Tucson police Sgt. Decio Hopffer said police arrested Warden, 58, after analyzing film from local television stations and their own footage of the incident.”
