“The Lozano family, founders of Los Angeles newspaper La Opinión, next month in Madrid will receive the prestigious José Ortega y Gasset award for Spanish-language journalism, the paper announced Wednesday.

The award was created in 1984 by the Spanish national daily El Paí­s to honor professionals for journalistic contributions and influential careers. It is named after the Spanish writer and philosopher.”
