Immigration Issues Explored At University of South Dakota Forum

“At a University of South Dakota forum Wednesday, USD law professor Melissa O’Rourke told the story of two immigrant families.

“The first family had no visa and two young children. They arrived here for economic factors,” she said. “The second one shipped their goods ahead of them. When they crossed the border, they told the officials they were visiting Disneyland, but the children already knew that wasn’t where they were going.”
