“UTEP College of Education Dean Josefina Tinajero is one of Hispanic Business magazine’s 20 Elite Women of 2006.
The April edition of the magazine features this year’s elite class. Winners were selected by a panel of editors, who evaluated a comprehensive set of criteria, which included the candidate’s national influence, career achievements and service to the Hispanic community, according to UTEP.”
