“Fort Worth and Arlington needed our own March for Justice after all.

While a half-million or so marchers in Dallas chanted and drummed Sunday for immigration changes, a crowd filled eight blocks of Main Street in downtown Fort Worth with only the quiet shuffle of marching feet.

Fort Worth and Arlington needed our own march because our cities are different from Dallas. Our cities’ goals are different from Dallas’ political goals. Our leaders are different from Dallas’.”
