The Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute’s (CHCI) 2006 Public Policy Conference and 29th Annual Gala Scheduled October 2-4

“The Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI), the nation’s leading Hispanic educational nonprofit organization, today announced it has secured dates for the 2006 and 2007 Public Policy Conference and Annual Gala, the nation’s premier and largest annual gathering commemorating Hispanic Heritage Month.

CHCI’s 2006 Policy Conference and 29th Annual Gala are scheduled for October 2-4. Similarly, 2007 dates have been secured for October 1-3.

The 2006 Public Policy Conference will be held at the Washington, D.C. Renaissance Mayflower Hotel, October 2 and 3. Conference participants will have an opportunity to discuss issues ranging from education, social and economic development to housing with Hispanic Members of Congress, national scholars, community and corporate leaders.”
