Mexican rodeo getting lassoed in Woodland, California
Tagged: rodeo“WOODLAND – Members of a nonprofit Mexican rodeo association are asking what they did to deserve being hobbled by the city.
The controversy has Councilman Art Pimentel at the center of the debate, which brought more people to the City Council chambers a week ago than the room could handle.
“It was chaos,” Pimentel said later. “But the issue here is one of process and fairness.””
