Knowledge is Power!
“More than 40 film projects on the topics of social and political justice, arts and culture, literary adaptations and mass appeal will be screened at the 2006 Sin Fronteras Film Festival and Conference in Albuquerque Thursday, April 20, through Sunday, April 23. Academic and industry panels will be offered free to the public at the University of New Mexico Arts Lab Garage, 131 Pine N.E.
The only New Mexico festival to exclusively feature Latino films and filmmakers, the fourth annual program includes film shorts, documentaries, features and animated pieces hailing from South America, Central America, Mexico, Cuba, Spain and the U.S., as well as a block of films from the Los Angeles’ Cine Sin Fin festival.”
