Santa Monica, Calif.-based advertising shop Anita Santiago announced it has established a public relations division within the agency.The new division, launched last week, began with Miami-based Grupo Latino de Radio as its first client. GLR last week also launched W Radio 690 AM, its first radio station in California. The new station focuses on national and international sports and offers live broadcasts of soccer games from Latin America.”
